FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • I bring an uncommon level of passion, ambition, and ownership to my work. I’m very selective about the brands I partner with, so when I commit, it’s because I genuinely care, believe in the purpose and potential of your brand—and I’m determined to help take it to the highest level.

When we work together, your business goals become my goals—and that level of commitment is reflected in the thought, detail, and drive behind everything I deliver. I’m highly self-motivated and proactive, which means I don’t need hand-holding to deliver thoughtful, high-impact work.

I take an intentional, above-and-beyond approach to every project, creating standout work that captures attention and delivers results. Clients often tell me that my work leaves a strong impression, sparks “wow” reactions, and ultimately helps convert their audience. Going the extra mile truly makes a difference.

  • I work best with brands where creativity, storytelling, and standout marketing truly matter. I have extensive experience working with both business-to-consumer and business-to-business brands.

My ideal clients span industries such as:

    • Food & Beverage: Restaurants, cafes, bars, packaged foods and drinks, energy drinks, alcohol brands, health-conscious and speciality foods.

    • E-commerce: Online retail stores, direct-to-consumer brands, marketplaces.

    • Fashion & Beauty: Clothing, footwear, accessories, luxury and sustainable fashion, skincare, haircare, makeup, spas, and wellness brands.

    • Sports & Fitness: Equipment and apparel brands, gyms, yoga studios, surf schools, outdoor fitness, wellness coaches, fitness tech, nutrition and supplements.

    • Travel & Hospitality: Travel agencies, tour operators, airlines, hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, sustainable tourism.

    • Home & Garden: Furniture, interior design, renovation services, smart home tech, landscaping, DIY.

    • Luxury & Experiences: High-end products, jewelry, luxury travel, concierge services, exclusive events.

I carefully select the brands I work with, focusing on those where my creativity and strategy can make a meaningful impact.

  • I help brands that have momentum but need guidance, strategy, or bandwidth to truly thrive.

    Here’s where I step in:

    • Lack of Direction: Clarifying strategy and focus for your team.

    • Overwhelmed by Priorities: Cutting through the chaos to prioritize what drives impact.

    • Scattered Efforts: Creating a cohesive, actionable marketing roadmap.

    • Execution Bottlenecks: Taking initiative to deliver work efficiently, thoroughly, and on time.

    • Wasted Potential & Spend: Ensuring growth opportunities and budgets aren’t slipping through the cracks.

    • Lack of Brand Visibility: Generating creative, attention-grabbing strategies that drive results.

    • Brand Identity Confusion: Strengthening and aligning your brand for consistency and impact.

    • Major Marketing Projects: Leading large initiatives like website refreshes, brand character development, or campaign rollouts with both strategy and creative direction.

  • As a location-independent, remote freelancer, I work with clients in a few flexible ways, tailored to their needs and goals:

    • Ongoing / Retainer-Based Work: I build long-term partnerships with a select number of clients, managing their ongoing marketing efforts. Monthly retainers are customized based on your evolving needs and can include a mix of my services. Monthly fees are based on agreed hours, with pricing calculated from my hourly rate.

    • Large One-Time Projects: I take on high-impact, standalone projects that require deep focus and strong creative leadership. These are flat-fee projects scoped by complexity and time, such as full website redesigns, or brand refreshes.

    • On-Demand, Smaller One-Off Projects: For trusted clients who need occasional creative support, I offer request-by-request projects. Pricing is flat-fee, based on my hourly rate and estimated hours involved, and perfect for deliverables like sales decks, one-pagers, or creative direction for specific initiatives.

    • Monthly Retainer Services:

      • Clients pay a monthly fee for a set number of hours, which can cover various services. Fees are based on my hourly rate and the agreed number of hours.

      • Payment Structure: Invoiced monthly on the 1st of each month.

    • Large One-Time Projects:

      • I charge a flat project fee, calculated from estimated hours and project complexity. These strategic, time-intensive projects are priced higher than ongoing work.

      • Payment Structure: 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery

    • On-Demand / Smaller One-Off Projects:

      • Each request is priced at a flat fee, based on my hourly rate and estimated time to complete the project.

      • Payment Structure: Full payment due upfront prior to project start.

    Invoicing Process:

    • All invoices will be sent on the 1st of each month via email along with a payment request.

    • For ongoing services, clients can opt for convenient monthly automated payments if preferred.

    Payment Terms:

    1. Payment is expected ideally within 1 week of invoice issuance, and no later than 2 weeks.

    2. While I do not charge late fees, consistent late payments or failure to respond to payment follow-ups may affect ongoing work arrangements.

    How Much Do You Charge?

    • For brands I feel are a strong match, I’ll outline the proposed service structure and pricing in the proposal I send after you submit the form. I always aim to align the proposed pricing with the budget you’ve shared.

    1. Submit the Form — Share your brand’s details, goals, and current setup so I can understand your needs and see if we’re a strong match.

    2. Review & Follow-Up — I carefully review your submission, your brand, and your goals. If I have the capacity and we seem like a strong match, I’ll send a free custom mini marketing strategy along with a proposal and a link to schedule a strategy & introductory call, should you want to discuss the strategy and next steps in depth.

    3. Strategy & Intro Call — During this call, we’ll dive into your goals, review the strategy I prepared, and discuss how I can bring it to life. You’ll have the chance to review the customized proposal (scope, hours, fees, and budget alignment), ask questions or request adjustments, and discuss the best ways to work together.

    4. Finalize Proposal — If you’re ready to move forward, we’ll finalize the proposal by confirming the scope, deliverables, payment terms, and timelines. I’ll make any necessary adjustments and send the updated proposal for your review and approval.

    5. Onboarding Call — We’ll schedule your onboarding call to officially kick things off. During this call, we will:

      • Review all key details and finalize the proposal

      • Align on how we’ll collaborate moving forward, including communication cadence, availability, contracts, and invoicing

      • Outline next steps

    6. Set Up Essentials Before Work Begins:

      1. Contract Setup: Draft, review, and finalize signatures

      2. Invoice Setup: Confirm billing details and payment schedule

      3. Gather access to tools and accounts I need

      4. Set up communication channels

    7. Begin the Journey — Let’s hit the ground running! Work officially begins to make your brand unforgettable, drive real results, and crush your goals.

  • How to Reach Me:

    • Company-specific platforms or email (e.g., Outlook): If you use a corporate email system provided by your organization.

    • Gmail or Slack – Best for detailed communication or when a thoughtful response is needed

    • Text – Great for quick questions or updates

    • Phone Call – Always an option if you prefer to talk things through directly

    • Meetings – I’m flexible and open to using whichever platform you prefer (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.)

    Typical Availability & Response Times:

    • Working Days: Monday–Friday.

      • Based on our agreed hours and my other client commitments, we may be able to block dedicated days or hours to give your brand my full attention.

    • Response Times:

      • Quick messages: Typically within 5–30 minutes

      • Messages requiring more thought/detail: Within a few hours, depending on current workload

    • Meetings & Check-ins:

      • I aim for one weekly meeting per client. However, if a project calls for more frequent touchpoints, I’m happy to accommodate when needed.

    • Please Note: I operate on a flow-based schedule, allowing me to work when I’m most energized and focused — which isn’t always within traditional business hours. This approach helps me deliver my best work. I also work from various locations, so my time zone may vary. That said, I remain highly responsive and prioritize being available during my clients’ core working hours.

    Off-Hour Expectations:

    • Weekends

      • Calls and texts are generally reserved for weekdays.

      • Emails or Slack messages are welcome over the weekend—I’ll respond promptly on my next working day.

    • Urgent Requests

      • Occasional weekend work may be arranged with advance notice (ideally 7+ days), subject to location, schedule, and overall feasibility.

    Communicating Planned Time Off:

    • I aim to notify clients 4–8 weeks in advance of vacations or extended breaks, and 1–2 weeks in advance for shorter-term limited availability.

    • Once my time off is confirmed, I’ll update my Calendly calendar and set an auto-responder with an out-of-office message. This allows you to see my general availability, busy periods, and upcoming time off.

    • I’ll adjust deadlines and deliverables ahead of time—either moving key work forward or postponing with client agreement—and communicate these plans clearly. For longer absences or urgent matters, I can arrange a backup contact or limited availability. I’ll also provide a re-entry plan, letting you know when I’ll be fully back online and available.

    • Payment Adjustments:

      • Short-Term Limited Availability: Hours worked outside of regular availability (e.g., making up time on other days) are billed as usual.

      • Planned Vacation / Extended Time Off: Vacation days or extended breaks are considered unpaid unless otherwise agreed upon.

      • All billing adjustments related to unavailable days will be clearly communicated and reflected in your invoice.

  • I work exclusively as a location-independent, remote freelancer, currently based in Spain and working worldwide as I travel, collaborating with brands globally.

While I’m not open to full-time roles or relocation, I always aim to align my working hours as closely as possible with my clients.

  • Yes! As a travel-enthusiast, I’m open to discussing occasional travel for in-person events, company gatherings, or key meetings.

Travel must be company-funded and align with my availability, schedule, and comfort with the location.

    • Work–Life Balance – Essential for avoiding burnout and maintaining focus, creativity, and consistent high-quality output.

    • Flexibility – I work when and where I feel most energized, ensuring I bring my best thinking and effort to every project.

    • Long-Term Partnerships – I aim to build relationships based on trust, reliability, and shared success rather than short-term transactions.

    • Mutual Understanding – A productive collaboration depends on empathy, clarity, and recognizing each other’s needs and constraints.

    • Respectful, Effective Communication – I value partners who actively listen, thoroughly read my messages, respond thoughtfully, and respect my time — and I do the same in return.

    • Positivity – A constructive, upbeat tone in collaboration fosters enthusiasm and helps me produce my most creative work.

    • Appreciation – Feeling valued motivates me to continually raise the bar and deliver exceptional results.
